Purchase a Virginia Highlands Book gift card in the amount of your choice. Add a personalized note for us to add to the e-card.
HELPFUL HINTS:
1. It's best to provide your email address, that way we can send you the confirmation AND the e-card and you can forward to the recipient so it will come to them from a known email address otherwise it will sometimes end up in the dreaded SPAM folder. This way you are also able to send the e-card at the time and day of your choosing. Please note it can take up to 48 hours to receive the actual e-card.
2. Once you complete the order online you should receive an email confirmation shortly after transaction completes, this is just for you to confirm the transaction. We will then receive a copy of the transaction email and will begin creating a personalized e-card for each recipient. It takes a little time but we think you will like the result! We can create themed cards for Graduation, Hanukkah, Christmas, Birthday, Teacher Appreciation, etc. Once finished, we will send a second email with the e-card attached for you to send to the recipient. Again, it can take up to 48 hours to create the e-card and the second email with the e-card is what you will send to the recipient. If you haven't received the second email with the e-card after 48 hours please email us at vahibooks@gmail.com and we can followup on the email and resend.
3. Please note that our website requires both an email address and a shipping address at checkout for credit card processing even though the delivery method is electronic.
4. Live in the Atlanta area and prefer a physical gift card? Just stop in the store and purchase gift cards of any amount. Unfortunately, due to mail reliability, we can no longer mail the physical gift cards so we have tried to create an e-card that you would be proud to email to recipient or even print & give to them.
